Four official feeds. Read in full, every night.
Most tender tools lead with a portal count. We would rather tell you exactly which sources we read, what each one contains, and where the edges are, so that an empty morning means "nothing worth your time", not "we were not looking".

What that adds up to
- The United Kingdom in full. Both official feeds, higher-value and lower-value, all four nations for above-threshold work.
- Every EU country above the EU thresholds. If a Dutch ministry, a Spanish region or an Irish agency publishes a contract large enough for the Official Journal, we read it.
- France below the thresholds too. The one national feed we read in depth today, because French public buyers publish a large volume of digital and communications work nationally.
Across these four feeds, roughly 180 or more notices in digital and professional-services categories arrive on a working day. Your profile decides which of them you ever see; the footer of every brief tells you how many we read, how many came from your countries, and how many were close enough to judge.
What we do not read yet
National portals below the EU thresholds outside the UK and France. Germany's federal and state platforms, Italy's regional portals, TenderNed in the Netherlands, Doffin in Norway, the Nordic national systems: their smaller contracts are not in our feeds. Their larger ones are, via TED.
Devolved lower-value notices in the UK. Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI publish their above-threshold notices to Find a Tender, which we read. Their small local notices stay on those portals.
Tender documents. We judge from the published notice, not the full tender pack behind a login. That is enough to decide whether a tender deserves your afternoon; it is not a substitute for reading the pack once you decide to bid.
New feeds follow demand. Tell us which country you keep losing mornings to and it moves up the list.
Where the data comes from, and where it does not
Every feed above is an official, openly licensed publication read through its published API. We do not scrape portals that forbid it, we do not buy resold notice data, and we do not ask for access to your systems to do any of this. Setup is your website domain and an email address.
Why depth over breadth
A wide portal count looks good on a homepage and makes a brief worse. Every extra source adds notices that are almost never a fit, and the reading burden lands back on you. We chose the feeds where UK and EU digital-services firms actually win work, we read them completely, and we judge every relevant notice rather than forwarding matches. If your firm bids in a country we do not cover in depth yet, say so on signup and we will tell you honestly what you would and would not see.
